Hi all, just to let you know I’ve started my very own blog . I’ve hoping to post as many times a week as I can (even though we’re rushed off our feet spreading the gospel about starflower oil and keeping up to date with everything that’s going on in the vitamins and minerals world).
My first post today is all about a young woman I met in my local Latte bar whose PMS was making her life a misery, and how her local pharmacist had nearly given her the right advice (but not quite, as he’s not studied starflower oil like we have here)!
In the coming weeks, you’ll find out all about my cats too, what I do when I’m not starflower oiling, and lots of other great stuff you didn’t know. So have a read, and let me know what you think.
And don’t be shy, leave me a comment. If you tell me what you want me to write about, then so much the better.
I do hope you enjoy it.

Hi Rhoda,
We’re not doctors here and don’t give medical advice.
We’ve never heard of starflower oil being used to benefit arthritis sufferers. While starflower capsules will probably benefit you around the difficult times of the month, you’ll find that Omega3/fish oil/cod liver oil are more generally recommended to improve heart and joint health.
This is something you can include to chat about next time you see your doctor, as the benefits of Omega3/fish oil/cod liver oil are well established.
Hope this helps
